Ordering and Payment
Our store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week!
After you place your order, an e-mail confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered on your order form. Once your payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched. You will be notified by email, to advise if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock. In this instance, the full amount will be refunded using your original payment method.
Payment Methods
Payment can be accepted by most general credit cards through our secure checkout: Visa & Mastercard. Our online payments make use SecureNet services as our credit card gateway. Please note that your credit card details will not be stored, and you can feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe.
If you wish to pay by direct deposit, cheque or money order, please contact the New Generation Clothing team at online@newgeneration.com.au. If paying by direct deposit, cheque or money order, then goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. If payment is not received within 4 business days, then purchased items will be returned to stock.
*If using Bank Deposit as payment method, please state your name & order number as the reference when transferring money so we can quickly determine your deposit & ship the goods.

All items that are available for purchase on the New Generation Online Store are held in stock, and are ready to ship once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified).

Privacy
When you join our mailing list, we collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address. To process and fulfill your orders online, you will also be asked to provide us with your shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details on the New Generation Clothing site. We do not share credit card information with third parties, except for the purpose of processing payment for products you’ve ordered and as required by law.
New Generation Clothing also collects e-mail addresses at various locations within the site (including when you order from the site) so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order – such as an order confirmation notice. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, and anything else that might enable us to personalize your shopping experience. We also examine site use and traffic to improve our web site design and the products and services we offer. New Generation Clothing appreciates that it must store and use client information responsibly.
New Generation Clothing will not rent or sell your e-mail address for any reason. You may at any time request that you be removed from our mailing list. To do so, please send an email message to with ‘take off’ in the subject line to info@newgeneration.com.au and we will happily delete your details as per your request.

How long will it take me to receive my order?
If ordering within Australia, then typically you will receive within 2-5 days from the date of your order. Please allow an extra day for Western Australia and some regional areas.
Can my delivery be sent to a PO Box?
At this stage we are using the Australia Post network, and PO Boxes are acceptable.

Like any store, our stock of products is limited, and if an item is marked “sold out” then it is likely to not be available any more. However in some instances we are able to re-order items, so if you are particularly interested in an item then contact us at online@newgeneration.com.au to register your interest, and we will endeavor to help you out!
How true are the garment colours of the products for sale?
Garment colours will be reproduced as true and accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and size specifications can sometimes occur. Please also note that the way the colours appear on screen is also a result of the settings and colour calibration of your monitor.
What if an item doesn’t fit, or I don’t like it once I have received it?
You are free to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your product, as long as the item is in new, un-worn and un-used condition with all tags attached. Please contact us on online@newgeneration.com.au for an authorisation number with which to return the goods. Goods are to be returned at your expense, but a replacement item will be shipped to you at no extra charge.
Can I redeem an existing New Generation Gift Voucher to purchase online?
Yes you can redeem New Generation Gift Vouchers online, but only Gift Vouchers purchased online from 01/12/2009 (& not Gift Vouchers purchased in the retail stores). When purchased you will be sent a code to enter at the checkout that will apply the voucher amount as a discount off your purchase. Any questions email us online@newgeneration.com.au.
