Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it’s really important that you love your purchase from New Generation Clothing. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at online@newgeneration.com.au as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with an authorization number, which must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.

You can either return your items to one of our stores or have it posted back to us. The item must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging, and packing slip). This does not mean you cannot try it on for size! Upon inspecting the returned item, we will the gladly credit, exchange or refund your original method of payment.

Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.

Any items returned after 14 days (unless faulty) will be subject to an exchange or credit note only.

In the case of exchanging an item, outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. We recommend that you use a method such as Express Post or Registered Post that can be tracked. It is your responsibility that goods arrive at the return address safely.

In the instance where a different size is not available then you will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item.
